Yes this is a small place. They had me blind side the trailer into the only open spot. I did it but it was not easy or done very quickly. If you have a day cab you'll be able to maneuver a little better but this lot is SMALL. Oh, and they want the tremendous slid back. Also the place is not marked properly. I was told this is PJ Technologies. It is but the building is marked M&P. They prefer not to talk to you. After you sign in they'll have your phone number and will call you when it's ready to be moved. At least they allow you stay connected to the trailer. No bathroom accept a port-o-potty alone by itself on the side of the road in 100+ degree weather. I had to park on the road to figure out how I was even going to get in here with my 18 wheeler 53' trailer. Good luck my friends.

Truck drivers, when delivering to this place( absolutely no room), you will have to drop your trailer so that the YJ can place it in a dock door. Also, the actual shipping office is on the left in between the trailers. Don't go into the office, the door bell doesn't work. Be safe

It's a small place, Docks on both ends of the building are challenging, easier to back in but it can be done by pulling in too. Quick unload once you get twisted around and into the dock. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm. The sign in the office says they take their last truck at 3:30pm though. You could park by the docks on the N/NW side of the building for the night, however it's pretty desolate. Friendly older guys running the place. Oh yeah, the office is located on the South end of the building as your approaching from El Paso, between the trailers. Shares a building with X-Zone. Hope this review helps you all.
